S.K.Y. Studios, LLC uses information you provide and information generated by website visits to operate accounts, process orders, provide downloads and support, understand website use, and measure advertising.
Memberstack manages account information, including your name, email address, and login credentials. Stripe processes purchases through our Memberstack checkout. We use account, order, and payment-status information to provide access to purchases and help with support requests. Webflow and supporting hosting services deliver this website and receive connection information needed to do so.
Google Analytics and Meta Pixel and Conversions API run automatically to measure visits, registration, checkout activity, and purchases. Our Meta integration includes a Stape gateway for website events and a separate service that verifies completed payments with Stripe. Purchase measurement uses the actual amount, currency, product, and an order identifier. Meta matching may use hashed account or checkout email, a hashed account identifier, browser and advertising identifiers, and device or connection information when available. Hashing does not make this matching anonymous.
Previously saved opt-outs and Global Privacy Control signals received by our website take precedence over automatic tracking. Browser settings and extensions can block cookies or website requests, but do not necessarily stop payment-based server measurement. If a privacy choice does not reach us, our server may not know to apply it. Changing a preference does not undo information already sent. Deleting cookies or site data may sign you out or remove locally saved preferences.
Our pages include YouTube videos and Google Fonts. Loading these resources lets their providers receive connection and device information independently of our analytics and advertising measurement. Providers also process information under their own privacy notices. The optional marketing-email choice on registration is separate from analytics and advertising preferences.

Multiple Installations: If you purchased this product as an individual, you are licensed to install and use the software on any computer you need to use it on, providing you remove it prior to selling the computer. If you purchased it as an institution or company, you are licensed to use it on as many machines as a single user will use, or a single machine for multiple users. Distribution: You are not permitted to distribute the software without the developer’s permission. This includes, but is not limited to, the distribution on magazine covers or software review websites. No license is granted to redistribute the software as part of another software program, including video games, DAWs, etc.
Liability: By installing this software you agree to use it at your own risk. The developer cannot be held responsible for any damages caused as a result of its use.
