The product supports hosts including Ableton Live, FL Studio, Logic Pro, Pro Tools, Cubase and Reaper. Use a format supported by your host. Apple Silicon native support is available, and an iLok is not required.
Find your download and install
Sign in using the website's Login link, then use Download to reach your account download. Download the current installer for your computer.
Run the initial installation on your computer's main internal drive. Make sure you have the free space required by the current technical specifications. If the installer does not open correctly, check free space and try downloading it again over a reliable connection.
Open it as an instrument
Load S.K.Y. Keys in an instrument slot, rather than an audio-effect slot. In Logic Pro or GarageBand, use an instrument/MIDI channel. If the plug-in does not appear, reopen the host so it can scan installed plug-ins and consult its plug-in manager or scanning settings.
Start with an included sound and a short MIDI part. The existing preset demonstration lets you hear examples without narration.
Move the sample library after installation
The audio samples can be moved after the initial installation, including to an external drive. On the next launch, S.K.Y. Keys asks you to locate the library in its new location. This moves the sample library, not the host's plug-in files.
